This Saturday is the Kitchen Sink class taught by Kim Bracket at the Quilting Station. I have been looking forward to this day since I signed up. It is not that I could not follow the directions in the book (the instructions are great in the book) but it is the fellowship, time away from the stress in life, having someone who has done the pattern before giving the hints and suggestions, spending time with friends and meeting new quilters and of course the food. Come back here in a few days and I will tell you all about the class and what fun we had. If you get a chance to take a class and especially with dear friends, I would suggest you do. It is like a mini vacation. Hope your stitches are straight and your heart full of love today.

We are going to have so much fun. Saturday can't come fast enough. Don't forget the carrot cake, Kim.
What carrot cake? :)
Can't wait to see you there!
